Do you have a question about the Health First Triathlon?  Please click here to contact us and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.

Here are some recent questions that we have received that may be useful to others:

Q:  Will wet suits be allowed?
A:  The water temperature must be below 83 degrees Fahrenheit to allow wet suits.  The average water temperature in the Indian River is usually higher than that at this time of year.  The water temperature will be measured shortly before the race per USAT rules to determine the official water temperature.

Q:  I registered for the race but cannot race due to injury.  Can I transfer my registration to someone else or receive a refund?
A:  No, registrations cannot be transferred nor are there any refunds.

Q:  How many swim waves will there be?
A:  That probably will not be determined until race day.

Q:  Can I mail in my registration?
A:  The print version of the registration form is not currently available.  Once it is available it will be on the registration area of this site.

Q:  If I wait until race day to register will there still be spaces available?
A:  There is no guarantee that any spaces will be available on race day.  Once the race reaches capacity it will be closed and additional entries will not be allowed.

Q:  If the Sprint Distance race fills up but the Olympic Distance still has space will you allow additional Sprint entries on race day?
A:  No.

Q:  I missed a turn on the course and because of this I was disqualified.  I didn't see anything that indicated where the turn was and I don't think that I should have been disqualified.
A:  It is the racer's responsibility to know the course.  Volunteers on the run and bike course can direct you if you have a question but in all cases it is each participant's responsibility to know the course.
